San Diego celebrated Baja California on Friday November 14th at Mingei in Balboa Park.

This exciting event featured culinary delights by “Baja Kuché” a mediterranean restaurant located in Tijuana, wine tasting with wines from Guadalupe Valley and the wonderful music of the string quintet from the Baja California Orchestra.

Mingei welcomed the excellent pieces of famed and official My Baja Guide photographer Julio Rodriguez; paradise on earth pictures of Tijuana, Ensenada, Mexicali, Rosario and Tecate came alive across the exhibit.

Juan Angel Castillo’s work also sympathized with the excited guests that enjoyed the paintings as they walked the halls.

Great personalities from the touristic field of Baja California came thru as well as Jose Guadalalupe Osuna Millan, Baja California’s Governor.
