Last Friday October 17 was the media presentation of one of the most ambitious projects to Baja California.
The project entitled “Baja Coast Living” came through the agreement of 20 of the most prominent developers of the Tijuana-Rosarito-Ensenada area with the budgetary support of Secretary of Tourism of the State and Federal with the purpose to join forces and generate a greater promotion of Baja California for the purchase of real estate as well as activity that has been affected by the economic crisis in the United States, which has affected particularly in the real estate business in the neighboring country.
The program Baja Coast Living presents by an interactive internet portal www.bajacoastliving.com for first time the Gold Coast as an attractive region with tremendous potential for investors as an opportunity for a lifestyle similar to the California Coast in a third part of its price.
Baja Coast Living also provides tourist information of the best that Baja California offers, being in principle the promotion aimed to California, Arizona, Nevada and western Canada markets.
